Inactive inquiry records are automatically anonymized after 24 months. Booking records are retained for 7 years per Tanzanian tax and tourism regulations, after which they are securely deleted.

If you request deletion of your data before standard retention periods end, we will comply to the extent legally permissible and confirm the action taken.
